Self Esteem Through Art Services

Services

Since 2016, the epicenter of the Self Esteem Through Art has been our studio space in Holliston. This is where the majority of our classes, workshops, and summer enrichment programs take place— but we also work in schools, partner with businesses and corporations, facilitate workshops for groups of women and children, run Girl Scout and Boy Scout programs, host birthdays and paint nights, and offer private, one-on-one coaching sessions. My services range from art-focused coaching and support for children in distress, to team-building seminars for student-athletes, to goal-setting workshops for businesses.

Predominantly, I run weekly programs for school-aged children and teens to help shore-up their self-esteem, steer them away from comparison and lack, and have them feeling comfortable and confident in their own skin. I also have a particular soft spot in my heart for women who are feeling stuck, undervalued, and are questioning their identity and place in the world—using art has been an incredibly effective catalyst for breakthroughs and deep realizations.

I love to enlighten and introduce new concepts to the bullied, as well as the bullies themselves; both groups need to understand the role self-esteem plays in this vicious cycle. I also love business organizations in chaos — particularly the ones who are looking for a new way of leading, managing, and performing; the ones who value their employees at least as much as their bottom line.

Artful Exploration + Authentic Truth = Inner Peace.
