Hello!!
Just a quick blog post today to introduce you to my new podcast, called Areté Today. I consider it the place where personal development meets personal responsibility. Let me start by telling you a bit about the name. Areté. Such a beautiful word. Rolls right off your tongue, doesn’t it? Areté—an ancient Greek word that literally means virtue or excellence, but has a deeper meaning…something closer to “constantly striving to reach your highest potential.” As far as I am concerned, we ALL have the capacity to do just that — to grow and stretch and evolve and be better today than we were yesterday.

My channel is not yet live on iTunes, but when it’s been approved, I’ll be inviting you to head on over to subscribe to my RSS feed and to take a listen to my episodes. In the meantime, you can listen to today’s episode below. There’s lots of info in there, as well as this phenomenal quote from Ernest Hemingway: “There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.” THAT’S what Areté Today is all about — being a better version of yourself.

Thanks so much for your support!
Much love,
Jenn
