Artful Introspection

$175.00

In this four-week, art journaling series, we are going to intentionally focus on ourselves and our creative process. Art journaling is a very personal and powerful creativity and mindfulness practice where there are no rules (*but I will walk you through the basics step-by-step and introduce you to some pretty cool supplies and techniques along the way).

You will cherish the time and space in this tranquil studio setting each week.  Art journaling is an especially transformative and cathartic creative activity. The people I’ve worked with in the past always comment that not only do they have some powerfully poignant moments of personal clarity as they work on their journals, it’s time they look forward to each and every week.

Let’s put ourselves first, put the rest of the world on pause, and enjoy the feel-good endorphins that come from time spent in the studio!

No artistic experience is necessary and it’s completely okay if you haven’t touched a paintbrush since high school. An art journaling practice is about the process (and who you become along the way)—and I’m here to help you every step of the way.

Class begins on October 28 from 10 a.m. — 12 noon. We will meet for 4 weeks, ending on November 18. *If you have to miss a class or two please don’t let that be a deterrent! I will hold a 4 hour make-up class on December 2 so that you can catch up on anything you missed!

Space is limited to 6 attendees. Please read the full product description and studio policies (including covid policies) below prior to registering. Registration will close on October 21, or when class is full.
