Let It Glow: An Art Party for Kids & Teens

Looking for some fun, safe, and unique activities your kids can do to celebrate spooky season? Look no further! The Self Esteem Through Art studio is hosting a Glow In the Dark art night for kids and teens (Ages 9+). The studio will be lit up with black lights while we adorn ourselves in glowing body paint, create glow-in-the-dark artwork, have some Halloween-themed snacks, and have lots of fun!

This one-time event will take place on Saturday, October 22 from 7-8:30 p.m. at our Middletown, RI studio space. The event is for children ages 9+. We will be capping attendance at 12 children, so sign up soon! Please be sure to read our studio policies below before registering.

What Your Child Will Love:

  • How often do your kids get to paint their faces and glow in the dark while they make art? Probably not very often—they’re going to love it!
  • Fun, unique activities like this help boost kids’ confidence, foster creative spirits, and create a sense of community and inclusivity.
  • The Halloween-themed art project(s), which will also glow under a black light.
  • Halloween-themed snacks.

Fine Print:

  • This class takes place on October 22 from 7-8:30 p.m.
  • This class is for children ages 9+.
  • Classes take place at 1038 Aquidneck Ave in Middletown RI, 2nd floor.
  • Class fee includes ALL art materials, instruction, glow-in-the-dark props. And snacks! 🙂
  • Sibling and Navy discount available. Please message me for details.
  • Registrants to my classes are added to my email newsletter list. You will begin to receive sporadic Self Esteem Through Art emails.
  • When registering, you will be prompted to enter an email address and phone number. Please use your BEST contact info in these fields as this is how I communicate with you for the duration of the program (and I need to be able to get a hold of you in the event of an emergency). You will receive a welcome email from me approximately one week before class starts with additional details.
  • We are still in a pandemic and our goal is the safety of each participant. You may be asked to provide proof of vaccination prior to the start of class. Depending on recommendations of state and local health officials (ex: CDC and RIDOH), masks may be required. Should quarantines or stay at home orders take place, we will revert to online classes (materials will be given to each student). We’ll be fluid with this and see where we stand with covid protocols as class time approaches. 
  • If you have any additional questions, please reach out to me before signing up. Once you sign up, we have entered into a contract with each other.
  • We need a minimum of 6 children to run this program.
  • There are NO REFUNDS for this class. Please double check your calendar before signing up.  
  • Class size is limited to 12 children. Registration closes October 17, or whenever class sells out.
