The Art of Alcohol Inks

Want to work with dreamy colors and ethereal effects? In 2017, I discovered alcohol inks and they fast became one of my favorite artistic mediums. They are easy to work with, lots of fun, and the creative possibilities are infinite. During this workshop, I will be leading participants in an exploration of dynamic color play, rich, vibrant layers, and the rewards of shape-seeking. I’ll teach you all of the tips, tricks, and techniques for creating gorgeous pieces of art using this fluid medium. You’ll learn a minimum of three different techniques for creating these gorgeous abstract masterpieces. Each piece of art will be as unique as the people making them.

This would be a perfect way to unwind after a long week, have a fun and memorable night out, and get away from it all for a couple hours with a group of friends.

FINE PRINT:

• This class will run on Friday, April 28 from 7-9 p.m.
• Class takes place at the Self Esteem Through Art studio. 1038 Aquidneck Ave, Middletown, RI
• You may Bring Your Own Beverage to this class. If you do, you must be 21+ and be prepared to show I.D.
• Class open to adults. And children 16+ that are accompanied by adults.
• All art materials are included in the pricing.
• Alcohol inks stain and I have not found an effective way to get them out of clothing. Please wear something you don’t mind getting dirty. I do have some aprons in the studio, but they won’t protect your sleeves.
• *This class will run as long as there is a minimum of 8 attendees. No exceptions. 
  
• You will receive a welcome email from us approximately 2-4 days before class starts with additional details. Please be sure to include your best email address when signing up.
• Registrants are added to our email newsletter lists. You will begin to receive sporadic Self Esteem Through Art emails.
